Return Policy

We at Total Floors Express design this return policy with our customers in mind.  We are always more than willing to do what is right to satisfy our customers.  We also do our best to make your purchasing experience with us, as smooth as possible.  In doing so, we try to provide you with as much information as possible with regard to measuring your area to make sure that you don't over measure or under measure.  For more help on measuring, see our quote estimator located next to the search tab above.  Note:  We provide the quote estimator to further assist our customers, we do not confirm measurements provided by you. 
If you have 1 to 3 cartons of material left over when your flooring project is completed, we recommend you keep them in the event you need to do a repair, or in case this particular floor is no longer available.  Our current return policy is listed below.
Once purchased, we do not accept returns in accessories (trim, underlayment, or glue, etc.).  Some of our floors have a No Return policy which is set forth by the manufacturer or the distributor.  If this is a concern, please ask one of our sales representatives before you make a purchase.
We do not take returns on ceramic tile products.  We can only accept returns on four cartons or more.  We cannot accept returns on less than four cartons of any floor.  Any floor being returned must be in a factory sealed box condition.  We will not provide credit for any opened boxes.
Prior to returning any product to either our warehouse or our vendor, you must obtain a return authorization from our office.  This request must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your order.  No returns are allowed after 14 days.  Product to be returned would have to be brought to a designated freight terminal once a return authorization is issued.
The shipping charge for the return is to be paid by the Customer.  Once the returned material is received in our warehouse or by our vendor, we will issue you a credit or a refund.  This process may take up to 6 weeks from the date the material is received.  If you decide to return any part of, or your entire order, you will be responsible to pay the actual original freight charge, the return freight charge, and a restocking fee of 25%.

The actual original freight charge is not the freight charge listed on your invoice.  In most cases, the actual freight we pay to have your order delivered is much more than the amount listed on your invoice.  And we may in some cases, have to charge you that amount.
